Instructions:

• Thoroughly dry teeth (use our cheek retractor to effortlessly expose teeth and comfortably keep lips out the way)
• Apply the gum dam gel approximately 4mm or more above gum line to protect the gums from the teeth whitening gel
• TIP: Start with the 2nd pre-molars and end with the same
• TIP: Ensure you cover any spaces/gaps in the teeth to avoid leakage of whitening gel into the oral cavity
• Use curing light for approximately 40 seconds
